Expression of Interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors who are members of the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Technical Services Registration Scheme under service type Complex Road Design, Complex Bridge Design and Environmental Impact Assessment - Project Review of Environmental Factors to undertake Concept Design and Environmental Assessment (CD&EA) Services for the John Renshaw Drive Upgrade (JRDU).

The Australian and NSW governments are investing $15 million into planning for road improvements in and around the junction of the M1 Pacific Motorway (M1), John Renshaw Drive, and Weakleys Drive at Beresfield to improve road safety, journey reliability and freight efficiency.

The concept design and environmental assessment will inform the Full Business Case (FBC), which will seek funding for the construction of JRDU.

Participation in this tender process is open to all entities registered on the Transport for NSW Technical Services Registration Scheme in the Complex Road Design, Complex Bridge Design and Environmental Impact Assessment - Project Review of Environmental Factors Service Types as of the date this EOI was advertised.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at date and time to be advised. Please email the contact officer and an MS Teams invite will be sent. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming Application.
