Operation And Maintenance Summerhill Solar Farm

Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm, Tuesday 24 March 2026 being:

City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking suitably qualified contractors for the operation and maintenance of the Summerhill Solar Farm facility, 141 Minmi Road Wallsend NSW 2287.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026 at 10 am at the Summerhill Solar Farm facility located at 141 Minmi Road, Wallsend 2287

Personal Safety wear is required for this Site Inspection, as a minimum a Hardhat, HIVs vest, enclosed Safety Footwear, Long sleeves, and pants and will be required.
