Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Technical Advisor Services to develop the Design for the Junee North Fork Project.

The Scope of the Services includes, without limitation, the following:

Design development;

Geotechnical and contamination investigations as required;

  • Design documentation;
  • Carrying out services to inform the design, including but not limited to workshops, design meetings, site investigations, studies, and modelling;
  • Liaison and collaboration with relevant stakeholders during the design process;
  • Submission of all design documentation for TfNSW and stakeholder review;
  • Integrated design checks and verification including evidence of interdisciplinary reviews;
  • Sustainability Assessment and Reports;
  • Documentation required for Planning Approval;
  • Providing TAO design certification, engineering safety and system assurance;
  • Obtain approvals to implement the configuration change of the design, including presentation and submission requirements to relevant RIM CCB board;
  • Provide design documentation along with various assurance artefacts to support TFNSW IPENAC’s submission which will be managed by the Principal’s Representative; and
  • Construction Phase Services.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 01:00pm (NSW Time) on Tuesday, 3 March 2026 on Microsoft Teams. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming Application.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password and Supporting Documentation (via Kiteworks) to access the Request for Tender documents..

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
