Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the detailed design, engineering, specifications, complete tender documentation and construction engineering approvals and installation audits for the supply and construction of an efficient electric heat pump heating plant for the Eltham Leisure Centre, 40 Brougham Street, Eltham.
