ASIC is seeking to engage a vendor to develop a Target State operating model for the One ASIC Platform
The Respondent will be required to deliver:
1. Baseline the current state One ASIC platform with consideration to:
- strengths and gaps
- constraints and misalignments
- capability maturity
- other items
2. Develop the One ASIC platform target state operating model - aligned with strategy that considers:
- Purpose and intention – aligned to strategy
- Processes and workflows
- Ways of working
- Resources/Funding model
- Governance
- Capabilities
- Change management
- Measurement
3. Provide a roadmap for implementation and change
- practical plan for how we will get there
- communications and engagement
- measurement and evaluation
- recommendations for the next stage to extend existing product management capabilities to support the new model
