Tomaree Sports Complex Upgrades

Port Stephens Council (PSC) is requesting quotations for the construction of multiple upgrades at the Tomaree Sports Complex, in particular for Don Waring Oval and the surrounding areas including the entry road and car park.

The Tomaree Sports Complex is located at off Palmer Way, 4981 Nelson Bay Road, Nelson Bay NSW 2315.

The purpose of these works is to provide improved and additional sporting field capacity, spectator seating and general improved amenity. The works will also provide improved vehicular and pedestrian access across the site along with increased car parking capacity. The work involves the undertaking of various civil infrastructure construction works, playing field upgrade works along with other associated works as detailed in the tender documentation, design drawings and technical specifications

Port Stephens Council is strictly bound to a set timeframe for delivery of this project in line with NSW Government Grant funding requirements.

A non-mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at 10:00am. Tenderers shall pre-register for the site meeting by providing the name and company details of those who will be attending via the VendorPanel Question portal attached to this Tender.
