Tender Description

Tikipunga High School is seeking to replace the existing Administration Building, which has reached the end of its serviceable life and is not suitable for refurbishment. The replacement Administration Building is proposed to be approximately 572m².

This project will be delivered as a Design & Build contract, with the successful contractor responsible for demolition of the existing building, detailed design, and construction of the new facility.
