Expression of Interest - Hydraulic Services

The University of Western Australia (UWA) operates a diverse and complex portfolio of buildings and infrastructure across its campuses. To ensure its continued functionality, safety, and compliance of these facilities, the Plumbing team within Operations & Maintenance division is responsible for maintaining the effective operation of the hydraulic systems across UWA’s campuses.

UWA intends to release a request for tender (RFT) in Q2 2026 seeking the services of experienced and capable contractor/s to provide services under the following categories:

• Category 1 – Hydraulic Services
• Category 2 – Gas Services
• Category 3 – Stormwater Soak Well Extracting
• Category 4 - Pump Servicing (Sewer Sumps and Soak Well)

The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to identify no more than 20 organisations who will be shortlisted to tender to the RFT.
