Security & After-Hours Response Services 2026-2029

The scope of services includes managing issues related to animal control, noise, and smoky fires, as well as responding to emergency and Security Services as specified in the contract documents. The contractor will be responsible for securing designated areas, performing required inspections, reporting, and scheduling necessary work, and executing all services in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. All work must be completed while minimising public disruption, ensuring a prompt response to callouts and complaints, and minimising any resultant damage.

Pricing will be based on anticipated annual quantities, with no cost adjustments in the first year. Adjustments will be permitted in years two and three. The contract is structured with a lump sum for key tasks and a measure-and-value approach for response services.
