The South Australian Housing Trust (the Trust) is leading the redevelopment of existing Trust-owned dwellings within a broader mixed-ownership precinct within Metropolitan Adelaide. The redevelopment will deliver a diverse range of housing outcomes, including family homes, apartments (4–8 stories), public housing, aged-care & Community Housing Provider accommodation, terraces with multiple facade variations, rent-to-buy products, manor-style housing, and tiered-living typologies.

Through this procurement, the Trust seeks to engage an architect to prepare Architectural Design Intent, refinement of Masterplan lot layout, and pattern book to include multiple floor plan and elevation plan designs across a range of housing typologies, each with corresponding facade treatments, to support the delivery of the dwelling mix outlined in the Masterplan.
