Port Pirie Hospital Carpark

Port Pirie Regional Council is seeking submissions for the construction of a new carpark adjacent to the Port Pirie Hospital as detailed in the RFT package herein. The works include site preparation, earthworks, stormwater and a new asphalt surface. The preferred date of completion for the works will be by 1 June 2026.

Interested parties must arrange a site visit by contacting Angie Finlay afinlay@pirie.sa.gov.au as the Nominated Contact Person. All site visits are to be arranged prior to 5 March 2026.

Tenderers must ensure that their submission is uploaded electronically to Council's file drop facility using the following link: https://files.pirie.sa.gov.au/filedrop/PortPirieHospitalCarpark in accordance with clause 2.2 Lodgement of Tenders of Section B – Conditions of Tender of this RFT package.
