New Projector - supply and installation of a replacement at Oxford Town Hall

We are seeking quotations for the supply (and installation) of a replacement cinema projector for the Oxford Town Hall for Waimakariri District Council.

The venue currently operates a Barco projector that is 10 years old and is due for replacement. The user group is relatively small and meets once per week.

We are seeking a solution that is comparable in performance and capability to a Barco Series 4 (e.g. SP2K-7S or similar), however we welcome alternative options that you consider appropriate for the level of use and venue requirements.

Please provide:

• Supply cost of proposed equipment

• Installation cost

• Warranty details and coverage period

• Available service and maintenance agreements

• Estimated lead time for supply and installation

If you wish to propose alternative models or configurations, we are open to that as well.
