Generic RFQ

Queensland Health invites responses to Generic - W1B RFQ, Ref No. 109936-W1B.

The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish suitable supply arrangements for generic pharmaceutical products as detailed in the RFQ documentation attached to this submission.

Respondents are requested to carefully review all attached documents, including the Specification, Pricing Schedule, and Conditions of Offer, and ensure that submissions are complete and compliant with the stated requirements.

All communication regarding this RFQ must be submitted via the tendering portal messaging function. Direct contact with Queensland Health staff outside of this process may constitute a probity breach.

Submissions must be lodged via VendorPanel by the closing date and time specified. Late submissions may not be accepted.
