Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake carpark refurbishment works at 6 Glover Street, Withers WA 6230.
The Work includes but is not limited to general demolition, site civil works, concreting, flexible pavement works, and cleaning, upgrading the car park area linked to units. An allowance is to be made for all traffic management, applications to City of Bunbury for Crossover and stormwater management.
