Tender Description
This Contract consists of two (2) Portions for Infrastructure Project Works.
- a) Portion 1 – Remediation Services
- b) Portion 2 – Engineering Services
All Work under the Contract will be directed by the Principal via Work Direction. The Principal can elect to award one portion or both portions and may award each portion to the Tenderer/s considered best suited to deliver that portion.
Tenderers are not obliged to price both portions and may elect to submit proposal for one portion or for both portions, commensurate with their capability and capacity.
LOCATION OF SITE
The Vales Point Power Station is located on the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, approximately 130 km north of Sydney, New South Wales, and approximately 3 km off the Pacific Highway North of Doyalson.
PRE-TENDER SITE INSPECTION
A Pre‑Tender meeting will be held at 10:00 am on 26 February 2026 (Thursday) at Vales Point Power Station.
Attendance at this meeting is optional; however, Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarise themselves with the Site and the scope of works.
Visitors to the Site must provide and wear their own safety hats, safety footwear, protective safety eyewear (clear glasses), long‑sleeved hi‑vis shirts, and long trousers or hi‑vis combination overalls.
All Tenderers are expected to have downloaded and reviewed all documents relating to the works prior to any site inspection.
Tenderers wishing to attend the pre‑tender site inspection must contact the Request Manager by COB 24 February 2026 to register their intention to attend.
Proof of identity will be required prior to entry.
