Off Leash Dog Park, Point Cook, VIC 3030

Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the implementation of an Off Leash Dog Park Implementation Project. This project is to be undertaken at Citybay Drainage Reserve, located in Point Cook VIC 3030.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to the construction of:

•  A new off-leash area
•  Site preliminaries, earthworks, site set out
•  Landscaping, and the supply and installation of new fencing, gates, furniture, instant turf, irrigation, trees, mulch
•  Concrete and granitic sand surfaces, drainage pipes and headwalls,
• Dog agility equipment and drink fountain.
• Sub-components that must be managed under the main scope deliverables, as described in more detail in Part 4 Specifications, include:
•  Provision of step-by-step methodology
•  Existing site soil and importation of new soil / material
•  Construction access
•  Construction Preliminaries
•  Site Set Out
•  Irrigation set out and trenching
•  Concrete paving, including all hold points
•  Granitic sand paving
•  Set out and installation of timber edging
•  Relocation and/or installation of furniture items
•  Fencing and gates
•  Landscaping and planting
•  Subgrade preparation prior to installation of instant turf
•  Subsurface and drainage.
