Tender Description
Tasmania Devils Football Club invites fixed-price tenders from suitably qualified, experienced, and capable contractors for the delivery of Oval 3 and all associated supporting infrastructure within the Kingborough Sports Precinct as well as excavation works. The successful contractor will be required to provide materials, plant, labour, supervision, testing, quality assurance, and any ancillary services necessary to complete the works in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and requirements outlined in this tender package.
The works encompass civil, structural, electrical, drainage, turf, and supporting infrastructure components, and must be delivered to meet the functional, operational, environmental, and safety standards prescribed by the Council and relevant regulatory authorities. Contractors are expected to demonstrate proven capability in undertaking projects of similar scale and complexity, including effective project management, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with all statutory and contractual obligations.
