Requirements
The Australian War Memorial is initiating the replacement of its current IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This project aims to standardize and automate IT service delivery across the enterprise, improve user experience, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. The new platform will support end-to-end ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Change, and Configuration Management, while enabling advanced reporting and integrations.
Following analysis and stakeholder discussions, the Memorial has selected Halo ITSM as the replacement solution.
This RFQ is seeking to engage a vendor to install, configure and train memorial staff in the use of Halo ITSM
