Period provision of cleaning services

The contract is for a suitable professional cleaning business to provide cleaning services to the City and the services include a range of cleaning duties for approximately 94 facilities and the cleaning services include daily, weekly, monthly, annual and window cleaning.

Due to the number of facilities, and to give all tenderers the opportunity to inspect some facilities prior to Tender submission, a one-day mandatory site inspection of the facilities has been arranged for 7:00am, Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

The City will be providing a bus for the day, with one seat available per tenderer. The tour will commence at 7:00am from the City of Rockingham Administration Office, parking is available off Chalgrove Avenue, Rockingham and is expected to return around 3:00pm.

Note, the Enquiries Person above needs to be notified of your attendance at the site inspection, by no later than 23 February 2026 before the site inspection.
