Braidwood Pool Plant Room Replacement

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents to undertake works at the Braidwood Pool.

The following are the main components of the tender:

Main contract

• Obtain a Construction Certificate through Council
• Decommissioning of the current plant room
• Building of new Plant Room
• Obtain a Certificate of Occupancy through Council
• Handover and training with staff and contractors
• Provision Variables
• Installing a Heat Pump
• Demolition and safe disposal of existing plant room

There will be a non-mandatory briefing at 1pm on Friday 27 February 2026 at the Braidwood Pool. 163 Wallace Street, Braidwood NSW 2622.

Contractors are able to visit the venue when open if the above time does not suit.

Thursday 6 November 2025 to Sunday 15 March 2026.
