THIS IS FOR AN EXECUTIVE LEVEL 1 PROGAM MANAGER POSITION.
The Technical Program Manager (EL1), Conformance Modernisation leads a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver modern, risk‑based conformance services that support safe, secure, and interoperable digital health systems. The role develops and implements the national Conformance Framework, integrates conformance requirements into testing and assurance processes, and drives continuous improvement of conformance operations.
It oversees the development of conformance specifications, the adoption of interoperability standards such as HL7® FHIR®, and alignment of conformance activities with broader program and business‑as‑usual objectives. The position also requires strong stakeholder engagement and representation across the Agency and sector, supported by strong leadership, sound judgement, and experience delivering complex technical work.
