Provision of Keys and Locks Services on Council Facilities and Assets

Council is seeking a Tender from a suitably qualified and capable contractor to appoint to assist council provision of keys and locks services on Council facilities and assets. A single contractor will be appointed to deliver Reactive, and Routine Maintenance Services on Council Facilities and Assets throughout the municipality.

The Banyule City Council has buildings and reserves used for various activities by the Community and employees. The buildings mainly comprise of Service Centres, Council Depots, Sporting Complexes, Community Halls, Pre-schools, Maternal and Child Health Centres, Child Care Centres, Council owned residences, commercially leased premises, Sporting Pavilions, Structures and Public Toilets.

Council provides no guarantee of the quantity of Reactive work allocated to the appointed contractor under this contract.

Council reserves the right to seek competitive pricing for any New Project or Planned Maintenance works when required, but you will be given the opportunity to provide a quotation.

The initial contract term is two (2) years. Council reserves the right to extend the Contract on a yearly basis for a maximum period of three (3) additional years at its sole discretion. Exercising the optional extension period(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Council and subject to the Contractor’s satisfactory performance during the Initial Contract Term.
