Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The successful contractor will be required to undertake the design and construction of a new Youth Hub at Leanyer Recreation Park.

New building construction works includes, but is not limited to; installation of new services (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulics, Communications), civil and building foundation works, finishing work and installation of landscaping.
