Removal of various structures including: Main 2 story dwelling, large, attached garage, granny flat, old wool-house, chicken coup and misc structures. New post and wire fence along eastern boundary. Abandon underground septic tank and other miscellaneous site works

The start date may be Contractor Nominated provided it commences after the 1st of April 2026, and works must be completed no later than 18/06/2026.

A mandatory Tender Site Visit is to be held onsite between 1pm - 2pm Wednesday 25 February 2026. Please note that no access will be permitted outside of these times due to an existing occupancy agreement with the current tenant.
