Tender Description
The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the construction of Plenty River Trail shared user path starting at Old Plenty Road bridge and finishing at the end of the provisional loop as shown.
The main path is 3m wide and is approximately 820m long.
There is a provisional path 2.5m wide and is approximately 500m long. Dependent on pricing this may or may not proceed and tenderers should factor this into their pricing accordingly.
Works will include:
- Earthworks
- Concreting
- Handrails
- Retaining Walls
- Tree lopping and removal
