Tender Description
The Works comprise the staged refurbishment and upgrade of the existing Eltham Woods Preschool, located at 50 Frank Street, Eltham, to be delivered in six (6) stages while maintaining site safety, statutory compliance, and operational continuity of the facility.
The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials, plant, equipment, temporary works, supervision, coordination, testing, commissioning and documentation necessary to complete the Works in accordance with the Contract.
