Building Works Eddie De Vere

Tenders are invited from experienced and qualified suppliers to undertake Waterproofing, Roof Sheeting and Window treatments to Councils Eddie De Vere building.

This is a retender of the same project from October 2025.

Maintenance works will be completed both during business hours and after hours. The building will remain operational throughout the term of the contract.

Scope Includes:

1. Waterproof Membrane to upper and lower roof

2. Roof sheeting to Lift Motor Room located on top roof area

3. Window Gaskets to all opening windows on Ground Floor, Mezzanine, First, Second and Third Floors of the building.

Council is seeking to award this lump sum Contract to a single Contractor who is required to provide all materials, plant and labour, to perform all necessary operations to ensure the complete and proper completion of the works associated with this Contract.
