Tender Description
This RFQ is made by Council for a suitable contractor to undertake reconstruction of the entire floor and subfloor structure of the Rotunda at Commonwealth Reserve, Williamstown.
This will include joists, berries and concrete stumps or steel columns. The concrete pad footing should ensure a sound and compliant flooring system.
Council is seeking to award a contract to a single contractor to commence works on 2 March 2026
