Installation of Dual Use Pathways from Drumpellier Gate Entry to the Village at Whiteman Park

The Department, on behalf of Western Australian Planning Commission, is seeking a contractor for construction of an asphalt dual use bike and footpath including associated civil earthworks from adjacent the Drumpellier Gate Entry to the Village within Whiteman Park. The work includes removal of existing topsoils, earthworks including a piped culvert, subbase, base course and asphalt wear surface, crossovers, line marking and signage.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Whiteman Park, 233 Drumpellier Drive, Whiteman on 18 Feb, 2026 10:00 AM.

Meet at turn around driveway inside the Drumpellier Drive Main Entry Gate.

It is mandatory for Tenderers to attend this inspection and failure to do so will result in the Tenderer's Tender being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
