Tender Description

The Shire of Plantagenet is seeking a suitability qualified contractor to undertake the Stage One Wilson Park Redevelopment, Wilson Park, Lowood Road, Mount Barker, Western Australia, 6324. This project will consist of 10 main components, in accordance with the Realm Concept Plan. Each component has its scope broken down within the documentation but consists of the following:

1. Skate Park Extension

2. Pump Track

3. Multi-Use Court and Recreational Zone

4. Lighting Installation

5. Footpaths and Connectivity

6. Changing Places Facility & Public Ablutions

7. Storytelling and Cultural Interpretation

8. Data Network - Separable Portion Price

9. Video Surveillance Solution - Separable Portion Price

10. Carpark
