Tender Description
The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking to procure a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to provide Security Guarding and Concierge Services (the Services), via this Request for Tender (RFT).
Subject to the outcome of this RFT process, Finance intends to engage a single Successful Tenderer via a Deed arrangement.
The Successful Tenderer will be responsible for provision of Services at the primary Service Location in the Australian Capital Territory.
Additional Service Locations in one or more States and Territories across Australia may opt-in at any time during the Deed Term by entering into a Contract for Ordered Services under the Deed.
