Jindabyne Mountain Bike and Adventure Park Invitation for Expression of Interest

Project goals

The Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC) invites experienced parties to express their interest in developing and operating a year-round mountain bike and adventure park in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, Jindabyne, NSW.

Scope

Through this Invitation, RGDC seeks to engage an experienced applicant to operate and further develop a mountain bike and adventure park in Jindabyne.

This NSW Government backed project will comprise 500 hectares of lake view land, visitor infrastructure and world class mountain bike trails.

There are opportunities to further develop an innovative visitor experience including activities such as ziplines, high ropes, luge, accommodation, a cafe and events centre.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the development of a master planned site featuring world class mountain bike trails and adventure park facilities to attract high visitor numbers.

Expression of Interest (EOI) are being sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors wishing to pre-qualify to tender for the proposed works. This is a two-stage process.

Note: This is stage 1 for the pre-qualification ONLY.
