Fire Services (Maintenance)

The purpose of this RFT is to select a panel of suppliers for the provision of Fire Services works, to carry out routine service, inspections, testing, reactive and corrective works and certification of fire protection services within Council owned buildings and facilities.

The number one tenderer will receive all scheduled maintenance and first preference at all reactive maintenance up to the value of $25,000 inclusive of GST, otherwise, Council reserves the right to obtain quotes from the panel.

The other tenderers, should they meet the requirements of the tender documents, may be selected to form a panel of three (3) suppliers, who will have the opportunity to quote on the following works;

(a) Reactive Maintenance works up to $25,000 including GST, where the preferred supplier is unable to complete the works, or where value for money is being tested, Council reserves the right to obtain quotes from panel

(b) Minor Project works up to $250,000 inclusive of GST

(c) Select Tender for Major Project works over $250,000 inclusive of GST
