Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Inner West Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for:

The demolition of a structurally damaged building and associated external works at the Tempe site. The scope includes the safe removal of hazardous materials, demolition of the RC racetrack and associated structures and reinstatement of the site with new turf.

There will be a project briefing held on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 10:00am. Location Tempe Reserve Building and RC Racetrack - located at 7 Holbeach Ave, Tempe NSW 2044. Attendee numbers to be max 2 per company. Attendees are required to bring their own P2 masks.
