Mondo – Campbelltown Rd, Edmondson Park, 2174 NSW

Landcom is seeking respondents to our Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) to acquire any one, or all five of the following sites at Mondo, Edmondson Park:

• Site 1: Lot 154 in an unregistered plan of subdivision of Lots 2,3 and 5 in DP1272931 (PPN DP1272931)

• Site 2: Lot 155 in an unregistered plan of subdivision of Lots 2,3 and 5 in DP1272931 (PPN DP1272931)

• Site 3: Lot 156 in an unregistered plan of subdivision of Lots 2,3 and 5 in DP1272931 (PPN DP1272931)

• Site 4: Lot 157 in an unregistered plan of subdivision of Lots 2,3 and 5 in DP1272931 (PPN DP1272931)

• Site 5: Lot 154 in an unregistered plan of subdivision of Lots 2,3 and 5 in DP1272931 (PPN DP1272931)

Each site is anticipated to yield 13-16 dwellings, made up of 10-12 rear-loaded terraces and 3-4 studio dwellings.

As part of this ITT, we are inviting respondent(s) to provide a response which includes, but are not limited to:

• a financial offer for The Sites in line with the proposed sales structure and terms, including an FY27 Settlement
• commitment to design requirements.

ITT closes 4.00 pm AEST on 03 March 2026.

ITT submissions must be made in the Lodgement of Response section on this page by 4:00 pm AEST, 3rd March 2026. Only electronic submissions in a format that is accessible and readable by either Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat will be accepted.
