Orange Agricultural Institute (OAI) roof replacements and other associated works.

Works include demolishing and replacing roof coverings and flashings on most buildings, plus select gutters, roof ventilators, wall linings, C‑purlins, roller doors, and one box gutter with sumps.

Project goals

The removal of storm damaged materials as per the scope of works, with these materials reinstated to a satisfactory level of work in a timely manner. This work will extend the life of the buildings and ensure the continued use of these facilities.

Each building will be restored to operation before other buildings are started to ensure meeting the site service levels required for this project.

Scope

To remove and reinstall roofing materials, doors, gutters and any other items identified in the provided scope of works for most of the buildings located at this site.

There is a sequence of works for which buildings are to be completed first, these being the most critical to site operations.
