Tender Description
Investigate and restore the lighting in Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.
Lighting is divided into areas and is to be for wayfinding along existing paths.
Strong preference for boring or nondestructive digging as the reserve is Heritage Listed.
Existing light poles are to be reused or restored if they are in serviceable condition and replaced with like if they are at the end of their useful life span.
Contractor is to provide 'As Built' drawing and information as part of completing the job.
Options welcome for ways to improve the cost efficiency or quality of the outcome.
