EOI Leasing with Option to Purchase 38 George Street Marulan

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) to explore opportunities for the leasing of, with option to purchase, a Preschool Operation located at 38 George Street Marulan.

• General and Special Conditions: Negotiable
• Lease Term: Negotiable
• Rent: Annual Rental of $10,000.00 (plus GST) with CPI adjustments at each 12-month anniversary
• Outgoings and Maintenance: Rental covers fixed outgoings i.e. Rates & Water Rates. All consumables, including water usage, is payable by the tenant.
• Development Consent: Existing use as an authorised 20 place Preschool for children aged 3 – 5 years.
