Randwick City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Design and Construction of the Ground Floor Refurbishment works at Coogee Surf Life Saving Club, located at 135–143R Beach Street, Coogee NSW 2034.
Council and the club are aware that the documentation is preliminary only at a DA level and it is expected that the Contractor will fulfill the remaining design obligations to Issue for Construction. Due to time constraints and to expedite the works, we will be undertaking demolition and structural works simultaneously to the main works design, this will be facilitated as part of a staged CC approach. Mandatory Site Meeting: A mandatory tender briefing session and site inspection will be held on Thursday, 12 February at 10:00am at Coogee Surf Life Saving Club, 135-143R Beach Street, Coogee NSW 2034.
