Renewal SA is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Conveyancer for the disposal and acquisition of allotments and dwellings across Renewal SA’s residential portfolio.
The Contractor will provide professional conveyancing services on behalf of Renewal SA for the disposal and acquisition of residential allotments and dwellings across Renewal SA’s trading projects. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Contract and Documentation
• Settlement Management
• Liaison and Coordination
• Financial and Trust Account Management
• Compliance and Reporting
