Tender Description
Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to replace the roof at the Barry Street - Gracemere Hall. The package of works to be tendered with commencement of the works to start in April 2026. There is also a decommission and commission component of air-conditioning that is explained further in the tender documents.
