Pookeno Sports Park Public Toilet

Waikato District Council are seeking an experienced and cost-effective supplier to deliver a Two Pan Toilet at the Pookeno Sports Park, which includes an accessibility toilet. Suppliers are invited to submit a proposal to deliver a compliant and fully functional Two Pan Precast Concrete Toilet at the Pookeno Sports Park. We require the contractor to:

• Building Consents: Managing all Building Consent requirements for off-site build, design inputs and onsite works and commissioning.

• Offsite Build: Build the toilet unit off-site fully compliant with the approved contractor supplied detailed design.

• Transport: Manage all transportation to site including any permits or traffic management plans.

• Enabling Works & Onsite Installation: Cover all installation including enabling works for foundations, connection to pathways and connection to existing services. (The location of the proposed toilet will confirmed as part of a concurrent design project).
