1 Senior Project Co-ordinator

The Technology Partnership Office (TPO) Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the TPO to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives. As part of this role duties will include but are not limited to, providing assistance with monitoring and triaging incoming requests for application support, enhancements and new capabilities that align with the strategic direction of DHA. They will provide expert advice and assistance to system users, research and investigate complex issues to determine business impacts and recommend solutions. The TPO Co-ordinator will prepare and manage Technology Briefs, complete prioritisation analysis and co-ordinate project estimations in line with the TPO work take on process. They will facilitate and prepare documentation for various stakeholder meetings and produce presentations where required.
