This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The requirement for this RFQ is to extend CSIRO’s Smart Buildings Data Clearing House (DCH) platform to support user-configurable reliable remote control of flexible energy assets over the Internet.
This work is intended to support Australia’s Energy Transition by making DCH capable of participating in an Energy System where monitored assets are required to be controlled based on signals from grid or market operators.
There will be two main work streams covered by this RFQ, the first being the creation of ‘self-service’ pipelines for ingesting operational energy data to support decision making. The second is a maintenance and security focussed work stream to modify a set of application programming interfaces (API)s that underpin the DCH to use a modern java development kit (JDK), and to ensure that software libraries are upgraded to address any security vulnerabilities that have emerged over time.
