Property Maintenance - Handyperson services

The University is seeking to appoint a Contractor to supply the required handyperson resources.

The Contractor is required to provide the following:

a. Suitably trained/skilled handypersons (at agreed volumes);

b. All tools and vehicles as required to undertake general handypersons tasks;

c. A robust supply chain for all materials required;

d. A smartphone with a data connection to allow the receipt of Work Orders through the University’s Computerised Maintenance Management System;

e. Health and Safety management systems as required to ensure handyperson services are delivered in a safe manner;

f. All Health and Safety, trade and quality training for the handyperson roles.
