Managed Cyber Security Service Provider

Tenders are invited for a Managed Cyber Security Service Provider, including but not limited to:

•  Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and log management
•  Next-Generation Intrusion Detection and Prevention Services (Next-Gen IDPS)
•  Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
•  Advanced Security Analytics
•  Security Incident Management, Analysis and Forensics
•  Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting
•  Vulnerability Management

This managed service will be responsible for delivering a 24x7 hybrid SOC capability. Providing access to a flexible catalogue of security services that can be scaled and adapted in response to evolving business and operational requirements.

Council is committed to maintaining a secure, resilient, and responsive digital environment. This tender represents a strategic opportunity for qualified providers to contribute to the ongoing protection and enhancement of Council’s cybersecurity capabilities.

The environment must be fully stood up and operational within 120 days of awarded contract. It is anticipated that the timing of fees and licensing will be staggered to reflect the timing of implementation and on-boarding.

The contract will be for an initial period of four (4) years from Go Live, with the option of four (4) further 12-month extensions.
