Tender Description
The objective of this specification is to develop a Minor Works Construction Services Panel to facilitate an effective response to the wide range of tasks that arise as part of normal operations and rehabilitation and restoration activities.
Work required under the panel contract would include a range of plumbing, welding, construction and carpentry activities.
Actions would arise from both planned works, such as asset improvement management programs, and reactive (unplanned) works such as site rehabilitation or civil works to rectify underground asset failures.
The works to be carried out may include but is not limited to:
- Breakdown maintenance and repair work
- Minor structural refurbishments
- Pipework replacements and/or modifications
- Site support - technical
- Work in confined spaces
- Work at heights
- Work in live sewer (all employees to have appropriate immunisation)
- Provision of Works as Executed documentation
- All other works as directed by Hunter Water Corporation
