Design & Construct Jetty Platform and Gangway Upgrade

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake design and construction of the Ferry Jetty Platform and Gangway Additions at Elizabeth Quay.

The purpose of this project is to provide a new Transperth ferry platform and gangway to the existing facility operated by a contracted ferry service provider.

The project includes but is not limited to the design, documentation, engineering, fabrication, supply, delivery, installation, modification testing & commissioning and warranty of all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, communications and security, as outlined in Scope of Works, attachments and reference design drawings.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Public Transport Centre, Perth on 5 Feb, 2026 12:30 PM.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held at the Public Transport Centre. The location of the briefing will be Summers Street, Perth WA.

Tenderers will be required to sign in with Security and be escorted from there.
