Disused First Aid Kits Available for Donation

South Burnett Regional Council is inviting Expressions of Interests (EOI) from local not-for-profit community organisations for the donation of disused first aid kits.

Council currently holds a number of first aid kits that have reached or exceeded their recommended service life or expiry period. Due to their age, incomplete contents, or out-of-date supplies, these kits are no longer suitable for Council use.

Available Kits Include:

• 12 x Wall-Mounted First Aid Kits
• 30 x Large First Aid Kits
• 58 x Medium First Aid Kits (bags and metal tins)
• 55 x Small Glovebox-Size First Aid Kits
• 5 x Snake Bite Kits

All items will be provided “as is”. Kits have not been serviced in the current year and contents may be incomplete or out of date.

Eligibility Requirements:

Organisations must be not-for-profit, acknowledge receipt of assets, accept responsibility for collection and any associated costs, and acknowledge that Council will not provide servicing or maintenance. Organisations are to provide purpose and intended use of these items.
