Dear Respondents,
Flinders University is pleased to announce the release to market for Digital Services for Flinders Marketing Team. This procurement process represents an exciting opportunity for qualified suppliers to contribute to the University's goals.
The purpose of this procurement process is to identify and engage a supplier who can meet the University's high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation. We are looking for partners who share our commitment to excellence and can deliver outstanding results.
The scope of work for this procurement process is included in the process documents (PART A) and details specifications and requirements.
Our evaluation criteria will focus on several key areas as specified within the process documents. We encourage all Respondents to carefully review the criteria and ensure their proposals address each aspect comprehensively.
To participate in this procurement process, suppliers must submit their proposals by the deadline specified in Part B Attachment One. Submissions should be sent electronically and must include all required documentation as specified in the process documents.
Scope:
Flinders University wishes to partner with a range of digital Contractors to support its marketing, communications, and digital experience needs by establishing a supplier panel.
By establishing the panel for the delivery of Web/UX/CX/Digital services, Flinders will ensure it has access to skilled Contractors who understand its systems, strategy and standards whilst operating under a standard set of contractual arrangements.
The following sections identify the scope and services and requirements for inclusion on the panel.
Submissions should be based on a sustainable business model and support the varied objectives of the University as specified in the preamble. The submissions may also include descriptions of any enhancements, value added components, or additional services the Contractor will deliver, that are not mentioned in the Procurement Process documents.
All submissions should respond to requests with consideration to existing and future environments.
The defining objectives of the project are to ensure the following:
• Establish a pre-qualified panel of digital service Contractors in Web, UX, CX, Digital to supplement internal capability when additional capacity or specialist expertise is required.
• Ensure Contractors are pre-vetted against Flinders’ digital standards, platforms, and ways of working.
• Enable rapid engagement of suppliers under consistent commercial and contractual terms.
The project is expected to result in:
• Improved quality and consistency of digital outputs.
• Reduced procurement and onboarding time for digital work.
• Simplified briefing and engagement processes.
• Stronger compliance with brand, accessibility, UX, and web standards.
• Increased scalability and resilience of digital delivery.
